Great stay. Will stay here again with the family. Wonderful breakfast and clean room. All hotel staff were polite and friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. It was a short distance from everything we wanted to see.

The front desk person was super friendly and fast with check in. He gave us recommendations for ice cream treats and was overall very fun and helpful! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows are amazing!!! The breakfast, as always had lots of choices and was delicious. It was also very nice to have free parking.

The young man at the front desk was very friendly, he remembered all our interactions and asked me about my work day every time I got back for the night. I think his name was Kyrill. Yana was also a great manager who helped by calling me in the days leading up to my stay. I had a cancelled flight that made me very late and Yana was super communicative even during what I observed to be a very busy weekend for them.

My first stay in Berkeley visiting my son. The staff was great! From the moment you are greeted to check out, everyone was kind and made sure my stay was comfortable. There was no hesitation when I asked for extra towels or some bottled water. I also felt very safe for traveling alone. Thank you Holiday Inn Berkeley! I’ll be back!

Stayed here twice now and will definitely stay here any time I am in the area. The staff had always been exceptionally friendly, even when we check in at 1am due to a late flight. The rooms are spacious and quiet to get a good night's rest. The breakfast is above the usual Holiday Inn Express quality level. Ample parking even getting in late. And lastly a great location to simply walk everywhere. There's so much to do within a 2 mile radius of the hotel, perfect to walk off dinner and enjoy the area.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn Express hotel! Staff is very interpersonal and polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is better than most hotels I’ve been to, and I travel quite a bit for work. Whenever in the Bay area this will always be my choice of stay!

We stayed here for a while and worked from home most of the time. We were initially worried the place would be loud near the street, but this was a super quiet place - much quieter than we expected (or typically get from hotels). All the staff were lovely and very accommodating, and Kirill was especially nice and went above and beyond for us.

The reception staff are so friendly and kind. Also the morning breakfast staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The rooms were extremely clean and well-furnished. The location was perfect for my business trip, as it allowed me to explore the area. Everything was perfect, I will surely return.
